Large A5 African Batik Tie Dye Journal Notebook Notepad Jotter 200 lined pages with hardback cover - purple and rusty orange design
The fabric used to cover the book is called Bassam Batik. It is a very specific fabric used for batakari dresses and for decoration purposes.
Bassam Batik is made using natural dyes on 100% high quality cotton from Ivory Coast in the coastal city of Bassam near the border with Ghana. It is renown to be one of the best quality batik in West Africa. Handmade using traditional techniques. Minor variations in size colour may occur.
Bold and one-of-a-kind, this handcovered African fabric-bound journal features a striking print. The medium-weight blank lined pages inside make it just the perfect thing for note-taking, doodling, and writing down moments of inspiration. Because of the nature of the fabric, these journals are in limited supply and may vary slightly from what is pictured online.
148x210 mm (15x21)
5-7/8 x 8-1/4 in
The fabric has been stretched onto the book and the finish is neat and professional.
Add some sunshine and quirkyness to your office or home desk with this fabric covered book.
